Der SONY support in UK hat entweder zuviel Weihrauch geschnüffelt oder ich hab was verpasst. Es gibt englische mp3s? Europäische mp3 Player gehen damit nicht?

I’ve recently bought a sony mp3 player from yourself and i wish to return it with a full refund as it’s not compatible for the uk. The sound quality is terrible! The sound continously goes up and down, the volume is too low, and is crackly. i’ve contacted Sony personally to find out why it was doing this and they told me it’s because it’s maufactured for the German market who’s sound regulations are different from the Uk’s!
Vielleicht verkaufen die bei Amazon.co.uk anderes Versionen, die extra scheiße klingen? 😉
